You are solely responsible for the wallet you connect, every transaction you authorize, and any gas, network, or marketplace costs associated with gameplay or purchases.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. We do not guarantee transaction inclusion times, finality windows, or recovery of assets sent in error.

If you submit profile data, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant the platform a license to host, process, review, moderate, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the service.

You may not use the platform to harass, dox, impersonate, defraud, exploit vulnerabilities, evade moderation, or upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

Attempts to manipulate scores, abuse reward logic, botted gameplay, duplicate accounts, or exploit smart contract behavior may result in removal of content, score resets, access restrictions, or other enforcement action.

Gender Guess may change features, pricing, rewards, eligibility rules, moderation criteria, supported networks, or page content at any time without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to maintain platform integrity, respond to abuse, or adapt to legal, technical, or operational changes.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, ranking permanence, moderation outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, third-party infrastructure issues, user submissions, blockchain behavior, or misuse of the platform by other participants.
